Client Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Client Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of events from inception to completion. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution to exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including event coordinators, vendors, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, transportation, and accommodations.
  • Oversee onsite event operations, including setup, registration, guest services, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for future business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, or related field preferred but no degree is required.
  • Previous experience in event planning, client services, or related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
