Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Client Relationship Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive the success of our events. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to maximize attendance, engagement, and ROI for a range of events, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for creating memorable event experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing strategies to promote and drive attendance for events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and operations, to define event goals, target audiences, key messages, and promotional tactics.
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and optimize spending to achieve desired outcomes while maximizing ROI.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM systems to manage attendee communication and post-event follow-up.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of our client’s tailored marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics such as activation rates, attendance, engagement, lead generation, and revenue.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future event marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in the industry, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and enhance event experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications in marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a track record of successfully promoting and driving attendance for a variety of events.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools; experience with event management software is desirable.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on driving measurable results.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for events.
